Useful resources to manage COVID-19
The College acknowledges the professionalism, dedication and diligence of our members across all Jurisdictions who are leading the safety and support of our healthcare systems amid the current challenge of COVID-19.
We are continuing to re-evaluate the impact on our imminent face to face training activities and communicating a plan of action with those groups directly effected, including First Year Candidates and participants in the Leadership for Clinician workshops in Wellington and Melbourne later this month.
Now that there are confirmed cases in all of our Jurisdictions, I encourage our leaders in each region to stay vigilant and up to date with all the advice and resources available on the Federal and state health department websites. Please see quick links to each of the relevant sites below:
- Australian Capital Territory
- New South Wales
- Queensland/Northern Territory
- South Australia
- Tasmania
- Victoria
- West Australia
- New Zealand
- Hong Kong
The Australian Government Health Department website www.health.gov.au/resources also has a number of resources to assist in your management of COVID-19. These include fact sheets covering:
- Modelling and surveillance to support response to COVID-19
- Boosting workforce and infection control training
- Isolation guidance
- Remote community preparedness and retrieval
RACMA will continue to keep you informed as more information becomes available. If you have any questions please contact the College office on (03) 9824 4699 or email ftpadmin@racma.rick.brightlabs.com.au.
