Personal and Professional Leadership Domain (PPLD)

The MyRACMA portal will be unavailable to members on Wednesday 20th of September 2023 between 6pm and 8pm AEST due to IT maintenance work.

MyRACMA

This domain focuses on the development of the personal attributes needed by Medical Administrators and the mastery of reflective practice. Candidates will engage in a number of activities including:

  • Guided reflections
  • Learning set participation
  • Self-audit and Peer Review activities
  • Self-assessment in the In-Training Performance Report
