Dr Williams has 20 years’ experience in Clinical Forensic Medicine as a Senior Forensic Physician with the Victorian Institute of Forensic Medicine.

She has more than 10 years experience as a Board Director and member on various health organisations, government not-for-profit organisations and tribunals. Currently Dr WIlliams is:

> Board Director Eastern Health, Chair Quality and Safety Committee

> Board Director Emergency Services Telecommunication Authority (Triple 0 Vic), Chair People, Culture & Capability

> Committee Board Director OzChild, Chair, Quality & Child Safety Committee

> Chair, Faculty of Clinical Forensic Medicine, Royal College of Pathologists Australasia

> Tribunal Member Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal

> Tribunal Member Football Victoria

Dr Williams became an Associate Fellow in 2019 and since then has been a member of the Victorian Jurisdictional Committee and RACMA’s Constitutional Review Working Group.
