The MyRACMA portal will be unavailable to members on Wednesday 20th of September 2023 between 6pm and 8pm AEST due to IT maintenance work.

In recognition of World Kindness day today, 13 November, RACMA acknowledges the important and positive impact kindness has on the wellbeing of everyone. As a College of Specialist Medical Leaders we take doctors’ wellbeing very seriously. Staff wellbeing is critical to patient safety and quality of care.

World Kindness Day was introduced in 1998 by the World Kindness Movement, a coalition of nations’ kindness NGOs. The aim is to highlight good deeds in the community focusing on the positive power and the common thread of kindness which binds us.

The College encourages all health services to continue building a culture of understanding, patience and compassion within the workplace.
